Sorry for all the swearing, but it feels justified. At the appointment on Monday it was discovered that I am leaking cerebral spinal fluid out of my nose. They had me get a ct scan yesterday and it’s been determined that I need to go back in to surgery and get the leak patched up.
They’ll go back in through the incision and make sure it’s sealed tight. This could be due to any number of factors. Kyl’s wondering if all my puking coming out of anesthesia could have done it… possibly. who knows. It just is what it is.
We just got the call that this will potentially happen this Friday or next week. I’m trying to be brave. It just really sucks because I finally started feeling like I have more energy and all my bruising has started to heal. It’s a little heartbreaking.
